The 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5 continues as the inaugural offering under the Ioniq sub-brand, focused on electric vehicles. It also remains the first model developed on the Hyundai Electric Global Modular Platform (E-GMP). While retaining its core features, the Ioniq 5 sees only slight adjustments in equipment for the year.

Exterior

The IONIQ 5 embraces a pioneering design, drawing inspiration from Hyundai’s early Pony car and its 45-year journey. The exterior features clean lines, Parametric Pixel lights, and a V-shaped front bumper. The clamshell hood enhances aerodynamics, while the C-pillar shape and oversized 20-inch wheels add to its distinct presence. With a 4,635-mm length, 1,890-mm width, and 1,605-mm height on a 3,000-mm wheelbase, it offers exceptional space. Nine exterior colors, including five nature-inspired shades, provide a variety of choices.
