In 2023, General Motors is planning to launch the 2024 Chevrolet Equinox EV, a battery electric mid-size crossover SUV under the Chevrolet brand. The vehicle was introduced with images at the 2022 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January 2022, and it is scheduled to be available for purchase in the fall of 2023 as a 2024 model year SUV.

The Chevrolet Equinox EV showcases an expressive design with an athletic and bold presence, clearly identifying it as a Chevy SUV. It presents two distinctive personalities, the LT and RS, offered in various trims, drive configurations, and range options. The vehicle’s sleek lines and sporty proportions are made possible by the Ultium Platform. It features innovative walk-up lighting with front and rear lighting animation as standard, while mid- and up-level LT and RS trims include a unique light bar. The Equinox EV comes with 19-inch wheels as standard, with the option for 20- and 21-inch wheels depending on the chosen trim level.
Moreover, the Equinox EV offers practical amenities, such as the presence-based liftgate that can open hands-free when the key fob is detected near the back of the vehicle. Additionally, customers can opt for a two-tone white roof on the LT trim or a black roof on the RS trim, enhancing its overall appeal.

The interior of the vehicle boasts a modern and sleek design, providing ample space for five occupants. It comes with available personalized ambient lighting and a smart infotainment system to enhance the driving experience. - Additionally, all trim levels will offer optional eAWD with dual motors, producing 290 horsepower and 346 lb-ft of torque, along with an estimated range of 280 miles (450 km).
