While the demand for modified Chevrolet C8 Corvette Stingray cars is not extensive across the Atlantic, a few C8 Stingrays have found their way to Europe, prompting certain tuners to capitalize on the growing aftermarket scene. Among them is Larte Design, a company that has already made its mark on numerous Corvettes. Now, they have added yet another vehicle to their impressive list.

If the components known as “Avatar bits and pieces” seem somewhat recognizable, it’s because they are not a completely new offering. However, the showcased sports car, adorned in striking red and fitted with carbon fiber enhancements, is indeed a fresh addition. Notably, Larte Design places great emphasis on the lightweight carbon fiber material used for additional features on the front, sides, and rear of the C8 Stingray, elevating the aesthetics of the vehicle.

The project involved the installation of a more assertively designed front hood, while the front bumper received several attachments, notably a sizable apron. Additional add-ons were incorporated into the front fenders and doors. The side skirts were noticeably widened, and the rear of the vehicle showcased extra carbon fiber accents. Positioned above the license plate, where the Corvette logo is typically found, is the emblem-shaped name of the body kit. The new diffuser features cutouts to accommodate the quad exhaust tips, now centrally located, and a large wing is also mounted on the rear deck.

Completing the transformation in this project are the available aftermarket wheels, which are likely offered in sizes of 20 and 21 inches. The Avatar body kit comprises 36 components that require approximately 10 hours for installation. Prospective buyers should anticipate a waiting period of approximately two weeks for the delivery of these parts. The body kit is designed specifically for the 2020-2023 model year C8 Stingray versions of the Chevrolet Corvette. The Corvette comes equipped with a 6.2-liter V8 engine straight from the factory, generating 490 horsepower at 6,450 rpm. Opting for the Z51 package or the performance exhaust system will boost the power output to 495 horsepower, with torque rated at 470 lb-ft (637 Nm).

Despite not being as powerful as some of today’s high-performance crossovers, the C8 Corvette Stingray still accelerates from 0 to 62 mph (100 kph) in under three seconds and reaches a top speed of 194 mph (312 kph). While the stock appearance of the C8 Corvette is considered more appealing than with Larte’s carbon fiber modifications, interested individuals can contact Larte for pricing details.
