The 2023 L.A. Auto Show, running from November 17 to November 26, offers tickets for general attendees, with festivities starting on November 16 featuring a day of media press conferences. Known for electrified debuts, this year’s event expects a significant presence of EVs from various automakers. While specific unveilings remain undisclosed, the press conference schedule hints at a diverse range of vehicles. Organizers anticipate participation from approximately two dozen companies in the automotive and motorcycling industries.

Attendees can anticipate a showcase of cars, trucks, and SUVs during the L.A. Auto Show, with the following lines presenting some of the most important reveals.

Vehicles to Expect in the 2023 L.A. Auto Show

2025 Toyota Camry

2023 L.A. Auto Show

The forthcoming Camry’s inclusion of “AWD” and “HEV” emblems confirms its availability with both all-wheel-drive and a hybrid drivetrain. Although these options are currently listed as features in the existing Camry, they cannot be combined, as the hybrid system exclusively pairs with front-wheel-drive, and the all-wheel-drive system is designed for the 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine. Despite the RAV4’s position as Toyota’s top-selling model in the U.S., the brand remains attentive to its second-best seller, the Camry.

Toyota Crown Crossover

2023 L.A. Auto Show

Toyota is set to unveil a new addition to its lineup at the L.A. Auto Show, introducing a Crown crossover SUV. This expansion will contribute to the growing diversity of both the Crown series and Toyota’s extensive SUV range. Anticipated to inherit the powertrains from the existing Crown, the base model is likely to feature a naturally aspirated 2.5-liter four-cylinder hybrid generating 236 horsepower, distributed through an e-CVT to all four wheels. Additionally, an optional Hybrid Max powertrain may be available, incorporating a turbocharged 2.4-liter four-cylinder, larger electric motors, and a six-speed automatic transmission.

2024 Ford Mustang GT California Special

The GT California Special, or GT/CS, debuts at the L.A. Auto Show, continuing a tradition rooted in a 1968 package for California-market cars. The exterior boasts Rave Blue accents on the grille, black and blue side stripes, and exclusive wheels with blue-accented spokes. Inside, the theme extends with dark blue and black leather upholstery, blue and gray contrast stitching, dash branding, and unique floor mats.

A Facelifted Subaru

Subaru revealed its plan to unveil a redesigned model at the upcoming Los Angeles Auto Show, teasing the audience with an image of a front wheel. While the details are minimal, speculation points toward the Forester or Ascent as potential candidates for the redesign.

2024 Nissan Rogue

2023 L.A. Auto Show
The 2024 Nissan Rogue receives significant updates, including redesigned front and rear fascias, an Ariya-inspired grille, and new rear taillights. The Platinum trim now features gloss black cladding. Interior upgrades on SL and higher trims introduce a 12.3-inch infotainment screen with Google Built-In for seamless app integration. While Apple CarPlay and Android Auto remain standard, the S and SV trims retain an 8-inch display. Core features, like the turbocharged inline-3 with Nissan’s variable-compression system, delivering 201 horsepower and 225 pound-feet of torque, persist with front- or all-wheel drive options.
