Today we will be talking about official information revealing the extreme speed that the Swedish supercar Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut can reach, which makes it the fastest Koenigsegg to date!
Above all, we would like to remind you that the Absolut is a special and fastest version of the Koenigsegg Jesko, which our colleague Suhaib Shashaa had previously met a year ago at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show. The new Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut was supposed to be launched at the 2020 Geneva 2020 motor show, but due to concerns over Coronavirus the motor show was canceled and this supercar was revealed online.

We are talking in this article about the new Koenigsegg car ever, and the Absolut version has been extended by 85 mm compared to the regular Jesko. The huge rear spoiler used in Jesko was removed in this new special version to give it a sleek appearance. The two fins that replace the rear spoiler take inspiration from the F-15 fighter.
According to new official information released by the Swedish company indicates the new Koenigsegg can reach a speed of more than 500 km / h (310 mph), which makes it faster than the legendary Bugatti Chiron. However, the question remains, is there a driver willing to reach this scary speed?
Or as Christian von Koenigsegg put it “This car is capable of incredible speeds, we probably will be restricted more by road and driver willingness than the car itself.”
This Swedish car is powered by a twin-turbo 5-liter V8 engine that generates about 1,600 hp when the supercar is fueled with E85 fuel, and in the case of using regular gasoline, the horsepower drops to 1,280 hp. The engine on the new car is connected to a 9-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
