After unveiling the new 2021 5-series that will compete with the Mercedes E-Class 2021, now its sister, the 2021 BMW 6 Series GT was revealed after it received these updates.
The 6 Series Gran Turismo is a mid-size model; larger than BMW 5 Series and smaller than the 7-Series carrying a luxurious sporty identity, this Bavarian car is produced at the BMW plant in Dingolfing, Germany, along with The 7-Series, and the 8-series.
This car retained the same exterior dimensions as its previous version, which our colleague Mousub Shashaa has test-driven; its Length is5, 091 mm, its width is 1,902 mm, its height is 1,538 mm, and the wheelbase is 3,070 mm.

We note that this car has got a larger front grille surrounded by renewed LED lights that are offered as standard, and the lighting of the car has been significantly updated, while the versions that carry the M Sport package have been equipped with a new rear air diffuser.
The interior of the facelifted 2021 6-series Gran Turismo also got a larger 12.3-inch touch screen with iDrive 7 system, a 12.3-inch dashboard, and a 16-speaker Bowers & Wilkins Diamond sound system.
Petrol engines options available on the 2021 BMW 6 Series GT:
- The 2021 BMW 630i Gran Turismo is powered by a 2-liter 4-cylinder engine, with a 48-volt Mild Hybrid system and a power of 254 hp (258 PS) and 400 Nm of torque, and the car accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 6.5 seconds before it reaches a top speed of 250 km / h.
- The 2021 640i Gran Turismo and the xDrive variant is powered by a Twin Turbo 3-liter 6-cylinder engine, generating 328 hp (333 PS) and 450 Nm of torque, and the 640i accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h In 5.5 seconds, while the 640i xDrive version takes 5.4 seconds to reach the same speed, and the top speed of both versions is 250 km / h.
