Its inaugural generation made its debut in 2009, and the latest iteration was introduced in 2021, featuring a host of enhancements, both in terms of specifications and exterior design. This evolution positions the Ghost as the epitome of technological advancement within the Rolls-Royce lineup, with the exception of the forthcoming electric variant, which is still in the production pipeline. In this review, we delve into the opulence, innovation, and driving experience that define the 2024 Rolls Royce Ghost.
Exterior
The design team pursued a minimalist yet unmistakably Rolls-Royce aesthetic, subtly widening the car by about 30mm for a more commanding presence. The front showcases sharp lines and elegant lighting, achieving both assertiveness and sophistication. Creatively, 20 LEDs beneath the grille softly illuminate the car’s details in harmony with the Post Opulent style. Crafted from hand-welded aluminum, the car’s body presents itself seamlessly, resembling classic bespoke vehicles. Notably, the iconic Spirit of Ecstasy emblem now stands alone on the hood.
The car’s sides feature a clean, straight line, inspired by boat design, creating a sense of length. Thoughtfully designed windows cater to both drivers and passengers, while a subtly curved roofline hints at the car’s dynamic nature. The rear gracefully tapers off, following the same design language.
