Mercedes-Benz and Binghatti Apartments in Dubai Start at AED 1.6 Million

Luxury living in Dubai has just shifted into a new gear.

Mercedes-Benz has officially stepped beyond the world of cars and into high-end real estate, partnering with UAE-based developer Binghatti to unveil a bold residential project in Dubai—one where your car can ride an elevator straight up to your apartment.

The project was officially launched in Dubai, revealing residences priced from AED 1.6 million, as part of a massive development featuring more than 13,000 luxury apartments across 12 towers, all shaped by Mercedes-Benz’s unmistakable design DNA.

What Makes These Apartments Different?

Beyond the branding, the Mercedes–Binghatti project is built around an idea that blends automotive passion with everyday living. According to insights shared by ArabGT founder Mousub Shashaa, the development focuses on delivering a level of exclusivity rarely seen in residential projects.

Select high-end units feature private swimming pools, along with a dedicated car elevator that allows residents to bring their vehicle directly to their living space—turning the car into part of the lifestyle experience rather than something kept out of sight. Naturally, these features are reserved for the most premium residences and are aimed at buyers seeking maximum privacy and luxury.

Why Is Mercedes-Benz Doing This?

The move comes at a time when Mercedes-Benz has been facing growing pressure in the global automotive market. The brand reported a 10% decline in sales last year, amid challenges such as rising tariffs, inventory buildup, and intensified competition—particularly in China.

Against this backdrop, expanding into real estate represents a logical step. Projects like this allow Mercedes-Benz to diversify its revenue streams while extending its design philosophy beyond cars. This development forms part of Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City, marking the brand’s second real estate project in Dubai and one of only a limited number worldwide.

A City Built Around the Mercedes Philosophy

Described as a fully planned community—or a “city within a city”—the project’s scale supports the claim. Spanning nearly 9 million square feet, it brings together more than 13,000 residential units distributed across 12 architecturally distinct towers.

At its center stands a stepped landmark tower known as Vision Iconic, surrounded by 11 rectangular towers whose clean, geometric forms echo the precision and discipline of high-end automotive and industrial design.

Each tower will reflect Mercedes-Benz’s design philosophy and carry the name of one of its concept cars, including Vision One-Eleven, Vision Mercedes Simplex, and Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6.

Final Take

This isn’t simply a branded residence—it’s Mercedes-Benz translating its identity into architecture and lifestyle. For buyers who see cars as part of who they are, not just what they drive, the Mercedes–Binghatti project offers a living experience that feels distinctly different from anything else currently on the market.
