Is This the Most Powerful Cadillac Escalade in the World?

Who says full-size luxury SUVs can’t deliver supercar-level shock value? One American Escalade-V owner—fittingly named Mr. Ford—decided that factory performance simply wasn’t enough. Instead of settling for stock numbers, he sent his 2025 Cadillac Escalade-V to the renowned tuning house Late Model Racecraft (LMR). The result is nothing short of outrageous: a stealthy black luxury SUV producing nearly 1,000 horsepower.

Stock Power Was Just the Beginning

From the factory, the Cadillac Escalade-V already packs serious muscle. Its supercharged 6.2-liter V8 produces 682 horsepower and 885 Nm of torque, launching the nearly 2.8-ton SUV from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.4 seconds. Impressive? Absolutely. But for this owner, those figures were merely a warm-up.

Stage 4 Transformation: Where Things Get Serious

After just 8,000 miles (12,874 km), the Escalade entered LMR’s workshop for a full Stage 4 performance upgrade, turning luxury into controlled chaos. The upgrade package included:

  • Supercharger porting to dramatically increase airflow

  • A massive 5-inch cold air intake paired with a larger throttle body

  • A custom camshaft, CNC-ported cylinder heads, and upgraded valve springs

  • Dual in-tank fuel pumps to support the massive power increase

  • Long-tube headers, while retaining the factory exhaust mufflers to preserve comfort when needed

The goal wasn’t just raw power—but usable, refined brutality.

Dyno Numbers That Demand Respect

Before modifications, the Escalade-V delivered around 515 horsepower at the wheels. After the Stage 4 upgrade, dyno results jumped to an eye-watering 796 wheel horsepower, translating to approximately 950 horsepower at the crank.

Even more impressive? The SUV still runs on regular 93-octane pump fuel, making it a true daily-drivable monster—not just a weekend showpiece.

How Does It Drive? Like a Freight Train on Takeoff

During testing, LMR described the Escalade’s acceleration as “freight train–like.” Stomp on the throttle and the front end visibly lifts, as if the SUV is preparing for takeoff. At traffic lights, it leaves performance cars—and their drivers—stunned and questioning reality.

This isn’t just fast for an SUV. It’s fast, period.

ArabGT Take: Luxury With a Split Personality

What makes this build truly special isn’t just the power—it’s the duality. With the press of a button, the 2025 Escalade-V remains a quiet, refined, family-friendly luxury SUV. Switch to V Mode, however, and it transforms into a supercar-hunting weapon capable of embarrassing machines that cost twice as much.

It seems Mr. Ford has found the perfect way to wake up his neighborhood every morning—with the thunderous roar of a supercharged V8.
