After its first global launch at Geneva 2018 exhibition, Jeep is preparing to launch its new 2020 Jeep Gladiator at the Liwa International Festival in Abu Dhabi, which is the largest off-road driving festival in the region.
It is worth mentioning, that the founder of our website Mousub Shashaa, has test-driven the new jeep pick up truck in an episode of a Special Coverage program, following a special invitation that was sent by Jeep to Arab GT for test driving the truck in the city of Sacramento, the capital of the state of California, USA.
Attracting over 1 million petrolheads and off-road enthusiasts from across the GCC and the world, Liwa Festival, is the perfect setting for the launch of Jeep’s new icon, the 2020 Jeep Gladiator pickup truck. Especially that the Festival takes place at the foot of the infamous Tal Moreeb (Moreeb Dune). With a peak sitting at 300m above sea level and an incline of 50 degrees, it is the largest sand dune in the UAE and draws off-road drivers from across the region to take on the daunting challenge of climbing its imposing face.
The 2020 Jeep Wrangler also be displayed too at the Jeep stand during the festival, all up-fitted with Genuine Jeep® accessories and parts from MOPAR® for optimum capability and performance. MOPAR® is the official parts and accessories manufacturer for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles globally.
A purpose-built Jeep® obstacle course will be one of the festival’s main attractions, challenging the contenders with their own SUVs to pass the ultimate Jeep® trial, testing the limits of their vehicle’s capabilities, articulation, and rigidity.
