Zenvo Aurora Tur Debuts as the World’s Most Powerful Production V12

The legendary Goodwood hillclimb is about to witness a mechanical masterpiece from Denmark. The Zenvo Aurora Tur will take on the famous course claiming the title of the world’s most powerful production V12, packing four turbochargers and an astonishing 1,850 horsepower.

Zenvo Aurora Tur: A Quad-Turbo V12 Hypercar

The hypercar world is filled with ambitious promises, but few projects ever reach production. Danish manufacturer Zenvo has now proven it is ready to compete at the highest level. At the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed, the company unveiled fully production-spec prototypes of the Zenvo Aurora, with customer deliveries scheduled to begin in the second half of 2027.

To mark the occasion, Zenvo brought two examples of the road-focused Aurora Tur alongside the track-focused Aurora Agil, showcasing what it describes as the purest expression of high-performance engineering.

Quad-Turbo V12 Meets Triple Electric Power

At the heart of the Aurora is the most powerful road-legal production V12 ever built, developed in partnership with Mahle Powertrain.

The 6.6-litre quad-turbocharged V12 produces 1,250 hp and 1,200 Nm of torque on its own, revving to an incredible 9,800 rpm. It is paired with three electric motors that contribute an additional 600 hp, resulting in a combined output of 1,850 hp and 1,700 Nm of torque.

Power is sent to all four wheels through an intelligent all-wheel-drive system, while extensive use of carbon fibre keeps the dry weight to just 1,548 kg.

Performance That Redefines Acceleration

The numbers are as extraordinary as the engineering:

  • 0–100 km/h: 2.3 seconds
  • 0–300 km/h: 9.0 seconds
  • 0–400 km/h: 17.0 seconds
  • Top speed: Electronically limited to 420 km/h (260 mph)

Two Personalities, One Platform

Zenvo will offer the Aurora in two distinct versions, both sharing the same carbon-fibre chassis and powertrain.

The Aurora Agil is the lightweight, track-focused model featuring aggressive aerodynamics and a large active rear wing, built for maximum performance on circuit.

The Aurora Tur is designed as a grand tourer, offering greater comfort, a more elegant aerodynamic package, and the same breathtaking performance for long-distance driving.

Limited to Just 50 Cars

Exclusivity is guaranteed, with Zenvo planning to build only 50 examples of the Aurora worldwide, making it one of the rarest modern hypercars.

ArabGT’s Take

The Zenvo Aurora proves that the V12 engine is far from extinct. By combining a quad-turbo V12 with three electric motors, Zenvo has created one of the most technically ambitious hypercars ever built. Bringing production-ready examples to Goodwood 2026 signals that the Danish manufacturer is now a serious challenger to established names like Bugatti and Koenigsegg.

For enthusiasts in the Middle East, particularly the Gulf region, the Aurora’s combination of 1,850 horsepower, extreme exclusivity, and dramatic presence is likely to make it one of the most desirable collector cars once deliveries begin in 2027.
