The Price of the New 2025 Lexus LX 700h Revealed

Lexus has introduced the highly anticipated 2025 LX Hybrid, officially named the Lexus LX 700h, with a starting price of $115,350. This latest model comes with a series of chassis upgrades specifically designed to accommodate the hybrid powertrain, enhancing both handling and stability. In October, Lexus unveiled the hybrid powertrain for the 2025 LX, marking the debut of electrification in the brand’s largest SUV. The base Overtrail hybrid version will launch in early 2025, priced at $115,350 (SAR 432,562), including a $1,350 (SAR 5,062) destination fee.

Mechanical Specifications
The Lexus LX 700h features a 3.4-liter twin-turbo V6 engine combined with an electric motor integrated into its 10-speed automatic transmission. The vehicle delivers power to all four wheels through an all-wheel-drive system with a two-speed transfer case. Unlike most Lexus hybrids, this model includes a conventional starter motor and generator to ensure functionality even in the event of hybrid system issues, a key feature for off-road reliability.

Sharing its powertrain with the Toyota Tundra and Sequoia, the LX 700h generates slightly higher output, delivering 457 horsepower and 590 Nm of torque compared to the 437 horsepower in its Toyota counterparts. All three models are built on the GA-F body-on-frame platform.

2025 LX Updates
While the new hybrid model stands out, the current LX lineup continues to include the LX 600, which debuted in 2022. Powered by a 3.4-liter twin-turbo V6 producing 409 horsepower, this version has been thoroughly reviewed for its performance.

The 2025 LX introduces a fresh Overtrail trim, following the success of a similar variant in the smaller Lexus GX. The LX Overtrail features advanced off-road capabilities, including front and rear differential locks, 18-inch wheels with all-terrain tires, and distinct design elements like gloss black exterior accents. Optional upgrades include Desert Moon exterior paint and a Monolith interior theme.
