The Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) has confirmed that the Grand Auto Show 2025 will open its doors from Thursday, November 20th to Saturday, November 22nd, under the patronage of Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim Al Thani. The announcement, shared on the festival’s official website, has already created a wave of anticipation among car lovers in Qatar and the region.
According to the organizers, this year’s event builds on the strong momentum created by AutoMadness 2024, which took over the same venue last year. That show drew more than 22,000 visitors and displayed 400 cars, from pristine classics to high-performance sports models and wild custom builds that stole the attention of enthusiasts and families alike. The success of that edition encouraged the team to go bigger and more ambitious for 2025.
The upcoming Grand Auto Show will span an impressive 50,000 square meters across several halls at QNCC, giving visitors more room to wander, explore, and experience each zone comfortably. Over 300 vehicles will be showcased, including hypercars, supercars, timeless classics, American muscle legends, Japanese JDM icons, motorcycles, and a special highlight — select pieces from the private collection of Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al Thani. Major global manufacturers are also expected to bring their newest releases, adding to the excitement.
But the event isn’t just about static displays. The show will feature dynamic moments on the Car Catwalk, adrenaline-filled demonstrations in the Live Action Arena, and outdoor driving activities where visitors can get a taste of real motion and performance. There will also be sections dedicated to racing simulators, lifestyle booths, and pavilions showcasing art and products inspired by car culture.
Interestingly, the name “Grand Auto Show” carries a subtle nod to something many car and gaming fans grew up with — the iconic “Grand Theft Auto.” By removing the word “Theft” and exchanging it with “Show,” the organizers gave the exhibition a familiar yet fresh identity that sparks instant curiosity.
With its expanded space, diverse activities, and carefully curated car lineup, the organizers hope that the Grand Auto Show 2025 will draw even larger crowds and continue fueling Qatar’s growing enthusiasm for the automotive world.
