Mitsubishi has stirred up serious excitement with fresh teasers for the all new 2027 Pajero, confirming that the iconic SUV will return with real off road hardware, including a tough chassis shared with the Mitsubishi L200 pickup and a dedicated digital display built for adventure.

A Digital Tribute to the Classic Multi Meter
One of the most exciting details in the latest teaser is the return of the famous Pajero Multi Meter. This feature was a signature part of older Pajero models, especially during the 1980s and 1990s.

One of the biggest surprises is the expected change at the back. According to reports from a Mitsubishi dealer meeting in Chicago, the new Pajero may lose the side opening rear door and the spare tire mounted on the tailgate.
Instead, it could adopt a more conventional liftgate that opens upward. That would be a bold move, especially for fans who still love the classic off road look of previous Pajero generations.
