For the 2025 Mustang model year, Ford has raised the prices, especially for those choosing the V-8 engines. The entry-level 2025 Mustang GT trims now start at $47,055, marking a $2,600 increase from last year. The Premium version of the GT follows with a price of $51,575, and the convertible option, available only in this trim, starts at $57,075. The high-performance 2025 Mustang Dark Horse now has a starting price of $64,875, up by $2,645, while the Premium Dark Horse is priced at $69,870, reflecting a $3,645 increase.

The 2025 Mustang V-8 models see base prices elevated by $2,600 to $3,645 compared to the previous year. In addition to these price hikes, the entire 2025 Mustang lineup features updated option packages. Notably, the four-cylinder EcoBoost versions of the 2025 Mustang no longer offer the 2.3L High Performance package, which was previously available for an additional $3,475. This package included enhancements such as high-performance summer tires, Brembo brakes, a limited-slip rear differential, a larger rear anti-roll bar, and an electric handbrake.

For the 2025 Mustang, new pricing has been introduced for various options. The 60th Anniversary package, available exclusively on the GT Premium, is priced at $3,995. The previously $1,595 upgrade from the standard six-speed manual transmission to the 10-speed automatic is now offered at no extra cost. Other optional features have seen price increases: the Brembo brake kit is now $1,995, up from $1,695; the Bronze Appearance package has risen to $1,195 from $1,095; and the active exhaust system now costs $1,595, an increase from $1,295.

The 2025 Mustang also sees a change in color options, with the discontinuation of Atlas Blue metallic and Dark Matter Gray metallic paints. Instead, a new Molten Magenta metallic tri-coat is available. The Dark Horse model now features a black interior with blue accents, replacing the previous Indigo Blue interior.

Despite these changes, the EcoBoost versions of the 2025 Mustang retain their base prices but lose the Performance Pack. The EcoBoost coupe starts at $33,515, with the Premium model priced at $39,040. The convertible EcoBoost begins at $41,615, and the Premium version starts at $44,540.
