Covering a total floor area of 260,000 square meters, the Super Intelligent Factory of EXEED features four major processes of stamping, welding, painting and general assembly, as well as facilities such as the R&D center, testing and inspection facilities, and test track, which will provide production and R&D of vehicles and components for the EXEED M3X Platform series, as well as realizing the mixed model production of conventional motor vehicles and NEVs at the same time, with a new vehicle rolling off the production line every 1.5 minutes on average.
The Super Intelligent Factory of EXEED has a stamping workshop with the world’s fastest in-depth interactive customization, a welding workshop equipped with advanced AI quality control system, a painting workshop with “zero carbon” intelligent manufacturing, and a general assembly workshop with high precision technology and modular design. The factory uses automation to achieve 100% automation rate and flexible general assembly. The Super Intelligent Factory of EXEED is committed to reducing its “carbon footprint” throughout the entire life cycle and aligning with the “Dual Carbon” strategy. The factory adopts environmentally-friendly measures such as reclaimed water and rainwater reuse to save 180,000 tons of water per year. It generates its own power through large-area high-density photovoltaic panels and a smart micro-grid combined with energy storage, reducing carbon emissions by 110,000 tons annually. Additionally, the factory implements waste heat utilization and condensate recovery technology, reducing gas usage by 852,000 cubic meters per year, meeting the strictest global environmental standards, including those in Europe.
