Dodge has revived one of its boldest compact sedans in Mexico — the 2026 Attitude GT Green Hornet Edition. And this time, it’s even more exclusive.
Last year, only 300 units were offered, and they quickly found homes. The response was strong enough for Stellantis to bring the Green Hornet back for another round — but production has now been cut to just 150 cars. Rarer, sharper, and clearly aimed at enthusiasts who appreciate standing out.
A Design That Shouts Louder Than The Engine
The Green Hornet Edition makes its presence known instantly. The matte green paint is unapologetically bold, contrasted by blacked-out grille details and matte black accents that give the car a more aggressive edge. Satin-black 18-inch alloy wheels complete the look.
At the rear, the drama continues with a fixed spoiler, a motorsport-inspired diffuser, and quad exhaust tips that look ready for the track — even if the performance underneath remains measured.
Performance That Stays Familiar
Despite its visual attitude, this special edition doesn’t bring mechanical upgrades. Under the hood sits the same 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 168 horsepower and 270 Nm of torque, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission sending power to the front wheels.
Dodge claims a 0–100 km/h time of 6.95 seconds — respectable for a compact sedan in this class, even if the styling hints at something more intense.
Interestingly, the 2026 model arrives at a lower price than before, starting at 463,900 pesos (around $27,000), making it slightly more accessible than last year’s version.
Why You Won’t See It In The U.S.
The Attitude won’t be heading to American showrooms. Compact sedans no longer dominate that market, but the bigger factor is its origin. The car is essentially a rebadged version of the Chinese-market GAC Empow. Import tariffs on Chinese-built vehicles would make it commercially difficult to position in the U.S. — long before customers ever step into a dealership.
