GR Yaris Drifts On Sand
Today, we will show you a teaser video of an upcoming new Toyota sports car. A very exciting short video indeed.
We are talking about Toyota GR Yaris; the exclusive upcoming new sports car. The video shows the car drifting on the sand, and the prototype car was driven by Chief Driver of Toyota Gazoo Racing team, Morizo.
In the teaser video, Toyota also revealed s that on January 10, a month from now, the new Toyota Yaris GR small sports car will be unveiled at 2020 Tokyo Auto Salon.
But before the global launch of the GR Yaris at 2020 Tokyo Auto Salon, a prototype of this sports car will appear 4 days from now at the Toyota Gazoo Racing Festival next Sunday, December 15.
The mechanical specifications of the new Toyota small sports car are still to be announced, but our team at Arab GT believes the upcoming Toyota GR Yaris will be powered by a turbocharged 3-cylinder engine or a turbocharged 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine derived from WRC R5 rally cars.
But we are sure that the upcoming car will depend on all-wheel-drive, and will have more power than the old Yaris GRMN, which is powered by a supercharged four-cylinder 1.8-liter engine generating 209 hp and 250 Nm of torque.
As soon as we have official information that reveals the specifications of the upcoming Yaris sports car, we will provide it to you immediately, God willing.
The new Toyota SUV will get aggressive sporty touches to distinguish it from the ordinary version, including different front and rear bumper and larger air vents with special rims.
