The 2021 Bronco Declares War On Jeep Wrangler With Its Price and Specifications

Ford today unveils the 2021 Bronco – including a classic two-door and first-ever four-door – the flagship of an all-new family of rugged off-road vehicles.

The all-4×4 Bronco brand is Built Wild and ready to deliver thrilling experiences with its heritage-inspired style, engineering and smart off-road technology, plus innovative features to help outdoor enthusiasts create adventures in the most remote corners of the world.

As we saw in previous spy photos and leaked photos, the new SUV got a box-shaped exterior design, and it also relied on a very rigid chassis, which makes it really suitable for storming off-road.

The car came with modern design, but with features inspired from the old classic Bronco, and the 2021 Bronco has best-in-class water fording capability of up to 851 mm, and can also be requested optionally with 35-inch rims, while the car’s doors can be easily removed.

This new off-road vehicle has a water-resistant interior, but the cabin also was equipped with the latest technologies, which included a display for the infotainment system, and a digital dashboard, with the Sync 4 system and a 360-degree camera,

Engine options :

  • The 2.3-liter EcoBoost 4-cylinder engine that delivers 270 horsepower and 420 Nm of torque.
  • The 2.7-liter EcoBoost 6-cylinder engine that produces 310 hp and 542 Nm of torque.

Both engines are connected to a manual 7-speed gearbox or a 10-speed automatic gearbox, and the vehicle is equipped with 4×4 all-wheel-drive system and 7 driving modes to suit all-terrain and is expected to compete against the Jeep Wrangler.

As with the five generations before it, the two-door and four-door models will be built at Michigan Assembly Plant in Wayne, Michigan. The price of Ford’s new SUV in its standard version equipped with a 4-cylinder engine will start in the American market from 30 thousand dollars, equivalent to 112,481 Saudi riyals
