Our team at Arab GT attended the first day of the Riyadh Motor Show, witnessing the sale of 24 cars out of 60 extremely rare vehicles at this event in the Saudi capital.
During the first day of the largest auto auction in the Middle East, the mega showroom gathered more than SAR 83 million (US $ 22 million) after 24 rare cars were sold at this unique Arab event.
The auction started with the sale of the Bugatti Chiron Sport 110 ANS, the exclusive version of the legendary Chiron speed, which was made to celebrate the 110th anniversary of the establishment of the French company Bugatti, of which only 20 copies are available in the world.
The car was sold yesterday at the Riyadh Motor Show for SAR 12.75 million (US $ 3.4 million).
The auction also witnessed the sale of a rare Italian supercar, the only one of its kind in the world; Pagani Zonda Riviera. Powered by Mercedes-Benz AMG’s 7.3-liter V12 engine, the 760-horsepower got the highest price on the first day of the auction after being sold for SAR 20.625 million (US $ 5.5 million).
The Fiat Abarth 695C Rivale was sold for SAR 112,500 (US $ 30,000), it was the lowest price recorded on the first day of the Riyadh Motor Show auction.
160 cars will be displayed at the Riyadh Motor Show Auction on Saturday, It is organized by Seven Car Lounge and Silverstone Auctions.

He was followed by Egyptian artist Mohamed Ramadan who bought Mercedes G65 AMG.
