Lamborghini Lambo V12 Vision Gran Turismo concept car suddenly appeared at a special event held by the Italian company two days ago.
During the event, Stefano Domenicali, CEO of Lamborghini said “Lamborghini is a very young brand, and this is why we are here today to present our newest virtual vision in the form of a real model, with a highly futuristic and cool design to be enjoyed by the young generation of racing game and super sports car enthusiasts.”
So we tend to believe that the newest Italian Lamborghini non-production car actually reveals the design philosophy of future Lamborghini supercars, as the car will also participate in Gran Turismo Sport video game on PlayStation 4, which will be released in the coming spring of 2020.
Lamborghini Lambo V12 Vision Grand Turismo design reminds us of a previous concept car presented by the Italian company in 2013: Lamborghini Egoista. Both cars share the spacecraft-like structure with sharp aggressive lines, low height and giant tires, and they are equipped with a single seat for the driver only, which makes it look like a warplane rather than a car with 4 wheels!
There is also a very distinctive panoramic roof that reveals the beating heart of this concept car, which is located in the back under the glass. We also note that the newest Italian concept has the number 63 on its body to refer to the year 1963, which witnessed the establishment of the company Lamborghini.
Lamborghini Lambo V12 Vision Grand Turismo is sharing the same powertrain with Lamborghini Sian, the most powerful and first supercapacitor-based hybrid V12 by Automobili Lamborghini, it is powered by a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 petrol engine with a 48-volt electric motor generating 34 hp. The two engines work together to generate 808 hp (819 PS).
