Our colleague Karim Deeb spent his weekend in a way worthy of the true car enthusiast he is, as he went to attend the final round of the Oman International Drift Championship in person. Kareem decided to go one night before the event and hit the road with his Mercedes C63 driving from Dubai to the Sultanate of Oman. You can see it all in Today’s episode of Vlog program.
Karim made this choice because he was left alone in Dubai, as our website founder Mousub Shashaa went to Britain to test drive a new car from Bentley that will not be unveiled until next March, and Suhaib Shashaa traveled to Africa, where he is currently going through a crazy adventure with the all-new 2020 Land Rover Defender. Therefore, Karim Deeb went to the Sultanate of Oman to make a video that will please drift fans.
Karim’s adventure began after ten o’clock at night and he took his personal Mercedes C63 Coupe from Dubai to Oman, it took almost 5 hours, and he arrived in the hotel around 3 o’clock am, where he slept for a few hours before he went to the final day of Oman International Drift Championship 2020.
The result of Oman Drift Championship 2020:
Irishman James Deane was crowned the champion
Dutch Sebastian Fontijn came second
Irishman Alan Hynes in Third place
