Today we got the first teaser images of the upcoming 2021 Hyundai Kona and the sporty version of it, the Kona N Line, which were released by the Korean company to pave the way for their official launch.
It seems that Hyundai is enthusiastic about the new N Line sports cars, after the official unveiling of the 2021 Hyundai Elantra N Line, and the leaked pictures of the 2021 Sonata N Line on the Internet. So before the launch date of the compact SUV, today we show you some official teaser images of the new Kona N Line.

Our team at Arab GT believes the new car will not get any mechanical changes, and it will retain the same powertrains used in the previous model, but the Kona N Line may get a 4-cylinder, two-liter turbo engine that produces 246 hp (250 hp PS).
As we see in the teaser images the Kona N Line looks more aggressive than the regular model. It got the same car lights, but with a different front grille bearing the N Line logo, and there are also some differences in the design of the air vents
Engine options available on the current Kona:
- A 4-cylinder 1.6-liter turbo engine generating 175 hp and 265 Newton meters of torque.
- A 3-cylinder, 1-liter engine generating 118 hp and 172 Newton meters of torque.
- A 1.6-liter, 4-cylinder diesel engine generating 134 horsepower and 320 Newton meters of torque.
- A 4-cylinder, two-liter engine generating 147 horsepower and 188 Newton meters of torque.
